Integrated Foundation Programme
Developed specifically to assist organizations with onboarding or development of fresh recruits, this is a 12-week Integrated Programme designed to equip high school graduates with the skills needed to transition from education to the world of work. The programme focuses on developing English Language Skills, Personal Development Skills, Business Skills, and vocational training.
It can be delivered as a standalone programme, as part of a corporate onboarding process, or as preparation for a specific BTEC Level 2 or 3 technical or vocational qualification.
Qatar Skills Academy works closely with the client organization prior to and during delivery of the programme to ensure that content reflects the specific needs. The programme has been designed to include opportunities for corporate clients to participate, for example through guest presentations, speakers and work placements, to give trainees a thorough understanding of the organization they are joining.
Learning on the Foundation Programme is task-focused and practical, and trainees will develop their abilities to work independently, solve problems, complete tasks to deadline, use ICT effectively and work as part of a team.
On completion of the Integrated Foundation Programme, trainees who have completed all relevant assignments to the required standard will be eligible for :

Further Qualifications
The Programme is delivered over a 12 week period. Workshops can be delivered either at QSA Training Centre or in-house and evidence assessment will be on a one-to-one basis.
Progression to BTEC Level 2 or 3 Qualifications
