Course SummaryLearn the major key skills and the wider key skills in the management context, such as improving own learning and performance, working with others and problem solving. The Level 3 course is suitable for those engaged in the first line of management. Course DescriptionThe Certificate in Management is a 13 Credit and 130-hour qualification consisting of two mandatory units totally 7 credits plus 2 optional units.

Assessment MethodAssessment will be carried out through a portfolio of evidence, including assignments, case-studies and work-based assessments, along with projects, performance observation and time-constrained assessments. Maximum use will be made of practical work experience and all work-based assessment will be carried out by a qualified vocational assessor. Study Type, Duration and LocationThe Professional Manager Series is a Part-Time Study option. Sessions are held each Saturday and Learners are expected to undertake up to 10 hours of Self Study between sessions. The course is 9 weeks in duration and dates of the sessions are available in the Information Pack. All sessions take place at QTEL's Learning Center in Abu Hamour. Entry RequirementLearners should complete an Application Form and attend an interview. The course is taught in English and requires a minimum of IELTS level 5. ProgressionThe 13 Credit Certificate is a standalone BTEC Qualification. |
